Heard through the grapevine that there are some in the business community who want to make these high unemployment rates the new normal. You say how. Well, they say the normal unemployment rate range is somewhere between 4 % to 7% in good economic times. If the general unemployment rate could be reduced to 7%, this would be the high-end of the normal unemployment range, thus the 7% unemployment rate would be the new normal. Take action now!!! Become an advocate.
